EID UL FITR
In Islam, there are two most
special religious events/festival celebrated by the Muslims in all over the
world. One of them is Eid ul Fitr. Eid ul Fitr one of the great event of Muslims
and it came after one year.
Eid ul Fitr has the unique meanings. Eid mean celebration or festival, and Fitr means break the fast. That’s why the translation of Eid ul Fitr is “Festival of breaking the Fast”.
RAMZAN
Ramzan is a very Holy month of
Fasting. The day of Eid ul Fitr came after the completion of 29 or 30 days of Fasting.
That why it is translated as “Festival of breaking the Fast”.
Family Occasion
Eid ul Fitr is a very joyous event which started with the Salat al Eid in large areas and Mosques. Every Muslim have to give specific amount as charity called Zakat al Fitr. This charity is for the purifying the fasting. After the Eid prayer all people meet with their family and friends, share meals and exchange gifts and spent a whole quality time with the loved ones. For this event, there are almost three to four days public holidays in all the Muslim countries of the world. In Eid ul Fitr days, people make the programmed of different types.
Sighting of Moon
The Holy month of Ramzan start
when the Moon sighted. It may sight with the one-day gap in different countries,
but in every part of the work, sighted of mood is very necessary.
